Chop Chop..

Tonight I made Chop-Chop Chicken Lettuce Wraps. 

I felt like I was eating at PF Changs at my kitchen table.  It was much needed after a very long day - God I have missed cooking.  I am so glad that I've taken it back up again... Seriously.

... and then I found five dollars.
