Out with the old and in with the new..

Well ladies and gents - it's that time of year again, also known as December, 31 2010 the end of the year.  2010 has brought so much.  I don't even know where to begin.  I have met some of the greatest people this year, have had tons of opportunities for growth and development, have excelled in academics and my job (scratch that since you probably don't care), and have plenty of wild and crazy stories to add to my life list.

I don't have one word to describe 2010 but so far I have: exhilarating, crazy, fun, tough, amazing, eye-opening, and much more.. If anything it taught me how to live my life to the fullest.  Maintain relationships.  Be organized.  Achieve my goals.  And make new friends.  

All I hope is that 2011 is bigger and better - even though it's going to be hard to top this year off.  But let's hope for more stories and embarrassing moments (since I always have at least one of those a day).

Last thing - I was going to make these chocolate raspberry tarts to take to the party tonight but then decided that a classy bottle of champagne was much more appropriate.  And then forgot to take a picture of it - sorry folks, I'll make it later this year for a special occasion.

Oh, and I accepted an offer for an internship this summer, I'm excited about it.  I mean who doesn't get excited at $18/hr, all expenses paid!

I am off to go party for the evening and celebrate the greatness of 2010 with some of my favorites.... I'm sure there'll be plenty of stories to tell in 2011.
